Gemini is changing how Google Docs looks, while a new OpenAI purchase could mean big things for making presentations in ChatGPT.

A new Gemini bar is appearing at the bottom of Google Docs for some users, but you can easily hide it if you don't want it.

If you use Google Docs, you might see a new, large Gemini toolbar at the bottom of your screen. This bar offers quick access to AI features. If you find it distracting, you can hide it through the 'View' menu in Docs.

OpenAI bought a presentation-making app called NextSlide, suggesting ChatGPT might get better at creating slideshows in the future.
